£4.99 Shipping Fee for Orders Under £50: For orders under £50.00, a flat shipping fee of £4.99 will be applied within the United Kingdom and the Isle of Man.

Free Collections: Customers on the Isle of Man can opt for free order collections at our store - 19 Duke Street, Douglas. Please note that pick-up is available on working days (Tuesday to Saturday). Kindly allow our team 1-2 days to prepare your items for collection. Once ready, you'll receive an email notification. To collect your order you'll need to provide:

• Proof of ID 
• Delivery confirmation email or order number

Incorrect Item Received: In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer support team immediately for assistance.

Delivery Times: The delivery times are postcode-dependent. 

Shipping Options: Shipping options may vary based on the delivery address, the time you place your order, and availability of items.

Deliveries on Working Days Only: Deliveries are made exclusively on working days (Tuesday to Saturday). Orders placed on Monday or Sunday, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
