To submit a return request click on the profile icon in the store's navigation or visit the returns policy, or request a return page.
To initiate a return request, follow these steps:
Log in to Your Account by visiting our Request a Return Page:
  • Enter your email address in the Email field and click Continue.
  • Open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code provided.
  • Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
Select the Order:
  • Choose the order for which you want to submit the return.
Choose Items for Return:
  • If your order consists of multiple items, select the specific items you wish to return.
Specify Return Details:
  • Choose a reason for the return from the available options.
  • Include any necessary details or additional notes for the store.
Submit Return Request:
  • Click on "Request return" to submit your return request.
Follow Approval Process:
  • If your return request is approved and involves shipping, you will receive an email containing shipping instructions.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be issued a refund.
